Sure, I need one more weekly blog event! I've been reading these elsewhere and thought it so fun, so here I go.
1. One of the best concerts/plays/movies I ever saw that I really didn't think I'd like was Rent.
2. Chicken breast with apple stuffing (ordered at my favorite restaurant) is a recipe I recently made (or meal I recently ordered) that was delicious!
3. It's time for autumn weather and Hallowe'en - rain, cold, dark; I love it.
4. Cool weather is quite refreshing.
5. If I never hear the word maverick, Sarah Palin, 'my friends' again, it'll be too soon.
6. To one side of the curving road was a mile-wide river and on the other was a basalt cliff.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to reading, tomorrow my plans include a library book sale and Sunday, I want to read some more!

Stop by when you have a chance!

We had similar thoughts for #5 LOL! Thanks for playing, have a great weekend :-)
The library book sale sounds FUN!!!! I hope you find some good stuff.
Denise - yes, I found Rent very compelling, great music, good story.
janet - I've seen a few similar #5. I will be so glad when this election is OVER!
ms val - yes, lots of really good books for quite cheap! I don't know if I'd classify it fun, there are a ton of people there and it's crowded and hot and noisy - but some great bargains.
If we were playing the Match Game there would be lots of winners
on #5!!
Happy First Fill-in on Friday!
Have you heard of the paperback book swap? My friend just turned me onto it and it's a great way to get new books to read!
Visit me at:
www.chrisseascorner.wordpress.com and I'll tell you about it.
I enjoyed both the movie and stage show of Rent. It's such an amazing show.
The weather here has finally turned cooler fortunately. I hope it stays that way for awhile.
I hope you have a great weekend!
I'm not really looking forward to winter yet... because it's a 8 minutes walk from the parking to the airport.
here's mine... thanks!
I loved Rent and glad you enjoyed it.
